Stamping Shamrocks

Written by  Colleen

If you are looking for a super simple but fun St. Patrick's Day art project - HERE YOU GO!

This was super easy and uses things that you probably have lying around your home already.  All you need for these adorable shamrock stamps are:

  • 3 wine corks
  • tape (masking tape or electrical tape works)
  • green paint
  • a thin paint brush

Tape the 3 corks together to make a clover. (We also tried a four leaf clover but the 3 leaf clovers turned out much better).  Pour some green paint onto a flat plate and have your child dip the corks into the paint and stamp it onto paper. Then after they have stamped the clover, they can use the skinny paint brush to go back and make small stems on their clovers. That's it! Easy-peasy!

After these dry I'll write Happy Saint Patrick's Day on her pictures to hang on our pantry door. <3 Super simple. Really cute! I hope you enjoy!
